This box was formerly the Full box - Modern. We have made a couple of tweaks and now we have the perfect low and slow premium lamb box.

Each Middlehurst Station low and slow box contains:

  • 2 Lamb Bone in Roasts - Serves 8
  • 3 Lamb knuckles - Serves 4-6
  • 3 Lamb Ribs - 2 pkt, Serves 6-8
  • 3 Lamb Mince - 500g per pkt
  • 9 lamb shanks - 3pkts - front shank Serves 8


    Some cuts may be swapped due to supply they will always be of equal or higher value.

    There is no other meat like it!

    A box of Middlehurst Merino is certainly becoming pride of place in our freezer regularly! Having grown up on merino, you don't realise how much better the taste is until you haven't had it for a while and then cook a Middlehurst french rack - heaven! Leaves normal lamb for dead!
