Each Middlehurst Station Gourmet Family Box contains:
- 1 Oyster Shoulder OR 1 Bone in Roast (Serves 4)
- 4 Lamb Fillets (2 pkt, Serves 4)
- 2 Lamb Rack - Cap on (Serves 4-6)
- 2 Lamb Ribs - (2 pkt, Serves 4-6)
- 4 Lamb shanks - 4 front (Serves 4)
- 2 Lamb Backstrap (Serves 2-4)
- 3 500g packets of lamb Mince
