Our Merino Lamb is grass-fed, free-roaming and sustainably farmed. Most importantly our animals have led a happy and healthy life, free to graze as nature intended – this is reflected in the flavour and tenderness of our product. Merino Lamb is a rich source of protein and high in zinc, iron and vitamin B12.

Over and above - Service and Quality

With a road accident on SH1 we had to delay our travel which would mean our meat would have been sitting out waiting for us. The team offered for us to pick up the meat on the morning of Good Friday before the sun had even risen. We had a delicious lunch on Easter Sunday with heavenly Lamb Burgers with mint and yoghurt sauce. Thank you for going the extra mile.

Amazing tenderness and flavour.

Most tender and tasty lamb rack ever eaten

Perfect in the electric pressure cooker, seared and then cooked to perfection. The wee bit of fat layer caramelised up wonderfully and the flesh stayed moist and delicious.
