At the heart of our mission is ensuring that our merino lamb meat is accessible to the people of New Zealand. We are deeply committed to transparency, offering you a clear understanding of the food's origin and the utmost care taken in farming practices that prioritise animal welfare and environmental sustainability. All of our merino lambs and hoggets are finished at our Cheviot farm, in North Canterbury. We work with local abattoir, Harris Meats, who are a massive part of the North Canterbury community to bring you our meat products. We support local and we hope you will too. The genetics of the lamb allow for a higher IMF ratio, making for a completely unique eating experience.
