Loving the Lamb

Received my meat pack promptly. Well packaged with ice packs and insulated. I’ve put meat in the freezer but have eaten the lamb rack…yummy and very tender. Cooked the lamb scotch fillets yesterday and again, very tender and tasty. Too much for 2 people but had the rest cold with a salad. Would separate back straps and fillets before freezing next time. Very happy with quality and convenience of having it delivered as we live in Kenepuru Sound so only shop every 3-4=weeks. Highly recommended 😎

Superb. The Gourmet box for two is such a taste treat!

So far we've enjoyed the Lamb Rack and the Short Ribs, both of which were succulently tender, and absolutely delicious. And a dream to cook with which is always a bonus. We made the Middlehurst Sticky Korean Short Ribs recipe which was super easy and mind blowingly tasty. Thanks Middlehurst farmers for the extra effort with this order. We're so appreciative.
