One of our favourite cuts the bone and Roast is fantastic. When it comes to lamb in general, I’m becoming a bit of a snob for Middlehurst merino. Excellent 👌

Beautiful succulent meat. Slow cooked with lots of gravy and vegetables it feeds a multitude!
I recommend Brussel sprout cut finely and stir fried with mixed veg roasties to accompany this, plus home made mine and apple jelly of course!

Awesome wedding present

We got it sent to friends getting married in Auckland. A great wedding present as we are sheep farming in the Mackenzie and it was very easy to organise and they loved it !!!!

Delicious

We received our first home delivery and wasn't disappointed. It arrived chilled and ready to put in the freezer, which is no mean feet coming from the south island to the Coromandel.
The cuts are perfect, the meat is delicious, we are truly enjoying it all. We served BBQ backstrap and loin to guests as a platter on a beautiful afternoon which gained us much kudos 😃 and we are sure you will hear from them.
